Now that I've adjusted my eating patterns, the evening workouts are turning out excellent. Today I did:
KB Press: 5 x 12k, 16k, 20k, 20k, 20k
KB Snatch: 8/8 x 16k, 24k, 24k; 10/10 x 24k PR
Renegade Rows: 5/5 x 20k, 20k, 20k
Thin Pinch: 5 x 60, 60, 60
Windmill: 3/3 x 10k, 10k, 10k
Wide Pinch: 5 x 20, 30, 40
My shoulder is feeling better with the KB presses, but still not excellent. I am going to work up to another set with the 20k before I move on to the 24k. I used the dumb sock on the snatches, but I did get a PR set in reps. I need to work on shortening the rest time on the snatch sets, my conditioning is holding me back at this point.
