More Time Logged

Another day of just getting it done.  I didn't get to bed early enough last night and worked pretty hard today.  That left me feeling drained walking into the workout at 6:30pm.  Add in the weather, and I was just happy to do this:

KB Presses: 5/5 x 12k, 16k, 20k, 20k; 3/3 x 20k
KB Snatches: 8/8 x 16k, 20k, 24k, 24k
Renegade Rows: 5/5 x 20k, 20k, 20k
Thin Pinch: 5 x 50lbs, 60lbs, 60lbs
Windmills: 3/3 x 15lbs, 15lbs, 15lbs
Wide Pinch 5 x 20lbs, 20lbs, 20lbs
Walk Around Block To Cool Down

This workout just didn't feel good.  My shoulders didn't feel tight on the presses, my hands felt like they might rip on the snatches, everything ached during the renegade rows.  I need to get back on task with my recovery so that Thursday morning's workout is a good one.
