Rite of Passage - Medium

Today was the medium Rite of Passage workout.  The workout was pretty quick, maybe 40 minutes.  It went like this:

One Arm Clean and Press: 1/1 x 12k, 16k
20k Clean and Press Ladders: 5 x (1/1, 2/2)
Chin Ladders: 5 x (1, 2)
9 minutes 20k one arm swings: 8/8 at 0, 2, 4, 6, and 8 minutes

That's it.  Barely even broke a sweat.
