This morning's workout was simple:
Deadlifts: 5 x 60k, 70k, 80k, 90k, 100k; 3x110k
Power Clean: 1x60k
Kettlebell Squats: 3x16k's, 20k's; 2x24k's
Chins: 3xBW, 1xBW+10lbs
Overhead Press: 5x16k's, 3x20k's+2 Push Presses x 20k's
I need to do my core exercise last if accessory work is to be serious. Yoga fell through due to snow.
