Yesterday I walked for an hour. Today I did the following:
Kettlebell Snatches - 5/5 x 16k, 20k, 24k, 24k
Overhead Presses - 5 x 20k, 30k; 4 x 40k; 3 x 40k, 40k, 40k
Renegade Rows - 5/5 x 16k, 16k, 16k, 16k
I took it relatively easy since I have a 14 mile bike ride planned for tomorrow.
