Deadlift w/ Band - 8 x 60k, 75k, 90k, 90k, 90k
Split Squat - 8/8 x BW, 10k, 10k, 10k
Grippers - Reps on Trainer, #1, BBSA
My back feels worn. I need stretching and sleep.
