KB Snatch - 8/8 x 16k, 20k, 24k, 24k, 24k
One Arm Press - 8/8 x 16k; 5/5 x 20k, 20k
Renegade Rows - 8/8 x 16k; 5/5 x 20k
Grippers - Reps on Trainer, #1, BBSA

Overall a fine session, but it did run a little long.
