Renegade Rows - 5 x 3/3 x 16k
Get Ups - 5 x 1/1 x 16k

I have reached the first deload week. 70% of a normal workout, rounding down weight or reps when unsure.
The workout was easy. I am dealing with a lot of soreness in my legs, from the reverse lunges.
