Foam roller and mobility with 12k kettlebell
Front Squats to Box - 5 x 45, 60, 70lbs
DO Axle Deads (25lb plates, band on knee) - 7 x 5 x 123lbs
Reverse Lunges - 5 x 5/5 x 5lbs overhead
HR is barely breaking 150bpm with the elliptical at level 10. A month ago that was pushing me almost to 170bpm. That has got to be a good thing.
Last deload workout. Everything was easy. I stretched a little last night and will try to keep it up over the next few days.
