Overhead Squats - 5 x BW, Hollow Bar, Hollow Bar, 45lbs, 65lbs
Tired today, up waaay too late last night. It impacted my workout.
I still got my reps on the deadlifts, but skipped the work sets on squats. No point in beating myself up with poor form.
