Foam roller and mobility with 12k kettlebell


Work
Deadlifts - 5 x 132, 185, 215; 6 x 240lbs
Overhead Squats (no box!) - 5 x BW, Hollow Bar, 45, 45, 45, 45, 65lbs

Notes
Not bad early on a Sunday morning. Time for Aldi.
