Foam roller and mobility with 12k kettlebell
Deadlifts - 5 x 132; 3 x 200, 225; 5 x 255lbs
Overhead Squats (no box!) - 5 x BW, Hollow Bar, Hollow Bar, 45, 45, 45, 45, 65lbs
Notes
No grip work again. Fitting it in would have required skipping my shower or breakfast. No thanks.
Shoulders were really tight. I needed on extra warm up set on the squats.
