Yoga left me tired in all the right places. It impacted my workout, but I was able to try harder and repeat last week's efforts anyway. I plan to take another class on Tuesday evening.
I ended up spending $31 on groceries this weekend, getting me back to a $35 a week average. With the broiler proving useful for tostadas, all the broken oven costs me is pizza and cookies. For once, being a poor cook is an advantage.
