DO Axle Deadlift (band on knee) - 6 x 5 x 161lbs
The foam roller and fit ball are still painful, though better than yesterday. If I am smart, I will use them on my off days this week as well.
I forgot to use the 35lb plates on my axle. The sets were extra easy as a result. I ended up doing six sets because I lost count while watching CSI Miami.
I have not been nearly as tired today. I attribute yesterday's exhaustion to poor eating over the weekend.
