My foam roller and fitball work is gradually becoming less painful. That is a good thing.
It was nice to get back real weights again today. Accessory work felt like a burden, but I did it anyway.
Printing out this month's 5/3/1 cycle, I opted to increase the squats by only 5lbs, instead of the suggested 10lbs. They are on the edge of giving me trouble. I think this will let me keep the semi-linear progress for a few more months.
I need to setup travel and hotel for my grip contest. I am having second thoughts on committing the weekend, even though I know it is a good idea.
