Day 213 of 365 - Deadlift

Warm Up
Elliptical - 10 minutes at level 12, cool down to < 130bpm
Foam roller and mobility with 12k kettlebell

Deadlift - 5 x 132, 190, 220, 250lbs
Overhead Squats - 5 x BW, Hollow Bar, Hollow Bar, 45lbs, 65lbs

Tired today, up waaay too late last night. It impacted my workout.

I still got my reps on the deadlifts, but skipped the work sets on squats. No point in beating myself up with poor form.
