Bent One Arm Rows - 3 x 6/6 x 28k
KB Clean and Press - 6 x 16k's, 20k's; 4 x 24k's
I felt like doing this zero. I opted for heavier weights and lower volume on the accessory work, to reward myself for doing something. I will pick intensity over volume every time.
