Overhead Squats - 5 x BW, Hollow Bar; 10 x 45, 50, 55lbs
It has been two weeks since my last deadlifts or overhead squats. I could tell, since 220 felt quite heavy. I was very happy to be do so many reps on the squats. Yoga is paying off.
I sold the extra lifting stuff today. I'll ship it out tomorrow, then sit around counting my money. I've raised about $230 towards squat stands. That only gets me a cheap pair, unless I get lucky on craigslist.
