KB Clean and Press - 3 x 7 x 16k's
Had a HUGE lunch, took a nap and then got up around 7pm to fit this one in. It was not the most energetic workout. I did get my reps though.
Shipped the stuff I sold and went with my wife to get a picture framed today. I think those both count as home improvement.
I got groceries and kept it to my new $30 a week budget. I had to put a few things back that I wanted, but I actually have far more food than I'll be able to finish this week. I am getting used to the idea that just because I know how to make something, it does not mean I always need to have the ingredients on hand.
