Day 278 of 365 - Front Squat


Warm Up
Walk 2 miles early in the day
Foam Roller and mobility with 12k kettlebell


Work
Front Squats - 5 x BW, 45, 85, 100, 110lbs
Axle Deadlifts - 10 x 105, 125, 145lbs


Notes
This was harder than I expected. I am not sure if losing the box on my front squats is the cause of it, or if I am just feeling the effects of not squatting in two weeks. We'll see how next week goes.
