Day 279 of 365 - Yoga

I tried breathing with my movement like the teacher tells us too and managed to get into a groove for the first 20 minutes of class or so. After that, I was back to huffing and puffing all over the place. I can see how keeping my breath in sync the entire time wolud be better.

I tried a few harder options on a couple moves, but overall, was limited by sore legs from yesterday's squats. Class was rather painful.
