Overhead Squats - 5 x BW, Hollow Bar; 5 x 55, 60, 70lbs
I did not feel like warming up on the elliptical. Fortunately skipping it once in awhile does not create any problems. I skipped yoga last night as well. I am tired and looking forward to deload week.
My eating out budget ran over by $7 this week. I was confused about lunch plans today and ended up over spending as a result.
