Foam Roller, stretching and mobility with 12k kettlebell
Front Squats - 5 x BW, 45, 100; 3 x 110; 1 x 125lbs
Axle Deadlifts - 5 x 140, 160, 180lbs
I was not in the mood to lift weights, but I did it anyway. I need improve my recovery and time management. Lifting "because I should" is the fast path to not lifting at all.
