This is my last deload workout for the cycle. I will hit the weights hard again starting Friday. It is a good thing today was a deload, because work had me up way too late last night with an emergency production change. I am wiped out today.
I steamed fresh corn on the cob in my pressure cooker this evening. It was good, but took too much work. Frozen corn remains my first choice.
