Pressing was WEAK tonight. I blame last night's yoga class. The teacher took us through the vinyasa a lot. It wore me out.
I had more on the grippers, but am trying not to wipe myself out on accessory work. I'll probably increase the weight on renegade rows next cycle. 9 reps per set is miserable.
I need to get back on using the elliptical to warm up, but I just did not feel like it today.
