Foam roller, stretching and mobility with 12k kettlebell


Work
Bench Press - 5 x 80, 95; 12 x 105lbs
One Arm Rows - 3 x 10/10 x 20k
KB Clean and Press - 3 x 8 x 16k's


Notes
The elliptical remains unappealing. I was tired and had a headache for this one.
