Bench Press - 5 x 45, 90, 100; 12 x 115lbs
One Arm Row - 3 x 10/10 x 20k
KB Clean and Press - 3 x 7 x 16k's
Just getting my reps in. This was a welcome easy workout after last night's deadlifts.
